You can easily register your return with us up to 30 days after receiving your order. Read more about it on our returns page. There, you can also purchase a return label at a reduced rate for your (letterbox) parcel.

Once you've registered your return, you have another 14 days to send the package back. Please note: returns that are registered too late will be automatically declined by the return system.

If something is wrong with your product within 12 months of purchase, it’s covered under our warranty. If your item becomes defective or damaged during that period due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us — we’ll make sure you receive a replacement. When emailing us about a defect, please include clear photos so we can assess the issue.
