Payments at Urban Goddess yoga & active wear
You can pay easily and safely at Urban Goddess via iDeal, mr.Cash/Bankcontact, PayPal, SOFORT, ING Homepay, Bank transfer or Mastercard/Visa Creditcard.
Orders & Delivery
After we have received your order & payment, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase with an order number. It is possible that this email ends up in the spam folder, so if you have not received anything from us, please check there. As a rule, all orders for the Netherlands placed before 23:30 will be shipped. So usually you will have your order the next day.
Urban Goddess does everything it can to keep its inventory up-to-date. However, in exceptional cases, a product may be marked as 'available' on the site, while it is sold out or in production. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible about the status of this product and we can offer you alternatives or a refund of the amount paid.
Easy and reliable shipping
Urban Goddess is shipped via reliable and recognized shipping services with a track&trace code.
Shipping costs are a large part of our cost structure and the carrier must be paid for their services anyway.
For an order with a delivery address in the Netherlands, we charge a fixed shipping fee of €2.95 regardless of the order size.
We also charge a shipping fee for other countries.
Not happy with your purchase and returning everything? Then you will get these shipping costs back.

Islands
Do you live on an island? Then select your island from the country list for the correct shipping costs. Addresses that are not filled in correctly cannot be processed. We want to be conscious about sending orders. Every shipment has an impact on the environment. Are you unsure about a purchase, size or do you have other questions about a product? We are happy to help you make the best choice and thus keep the back and forth sending of packages to a minimum.
