Warranty
If there is anything wrong with your product within 9 months, this is covered by the warranty. Do you have a product that breaks within that period? Please contact us and we will ensure that you receive a replacement product, provided that it was a manufacturing defect. When you email us about a defective product, please include photos so that we can see the problem.
When exchanging the item, please do not directly return it to our office or warehouse. First contact our customer service: they will inform you of the next steps depending on the defect. We will ensure that the replacement product comes your way as soon as possible.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to hello@urban-goddess.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting Webwinkel Keur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
