You can easily register your return with us up to 30 days after receipt via our returns page. There you can also purchase a return label for a (letterbox) package for a reduced rate. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the package. Pay close attention to this! Returns that are reported too late will be automatically rejected by the returns application.

Step 1: Register return

If your order number starts with #14 followed by 4 digits (e.g. #141234), click HERE to register your return

As a login, use your 4-digit order number (without UG) and the email address with which you placed your order When registering your return, you can choose between a refund or a voucher. If you choose a voucher, your return is even free. If you return your entire order, you will also be refunded your initial shipping costs.

Please note that the product has not been worn and is returned to us in its original, neat condition, together with proof of purchase. If the product is in such poor condition that it can no longer be restored to a saleable condition, we will charge half of the purchase price. When completing the registration of your return, you can print your return label and return information. If you do not have a printer: no problem. Then choose the Smart return option from PostNL and add the packing slip to the return. 

Step 2: Send return

Bring your package to a parcel point of the carrier. 

Step 3: Return has been delivered to us

Upon arrival, we check whether the product is in good condition. If everything is in order, we will create the credit note or a voucher. In both cases, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that once a return has been delivered to our warehouse, it will take a few days for the actual checking and processing, only then can we proceed to crediting. Returns are not processed during the weekend. If you have received an email from us that your return has been processed, it may take another 1 to 2 days for the amount to be credited to your account. This varies per bank.

Please note:  Do you live outside the EU? Then unfortunately we cannot provide a return label. Send your package to one of the addresses below. (Sending to NL is the fastest)
