Not completely happy with your purchase? No worries, here’s how to return your item quickly and easily.
You can return your new yoga clothing within 30 days of receiving it. Make sure the item is clean, unworn, and in its original condition, with hangtags and packaging bags included. That way someone else can enjoy it as new.
We believe in making conscious choices when ordering and returning your products.
We are happy to offer you a return label at a discounted price. Please go to our Returns page to register your return. Do you want to exchange your product for a different size? Then choose a voucher/coupon, and your return is free within the Netherlands.

Every return has an impact on the environment. Please only return what’s truly necessary and avoid over-ordering, thank you for your mindfulness.
Frequently asked questions
You can register your return within 30 days of receipt via our Returns Portal. There you can also buy a discounted return label. Once registered, you have 14 days to send your package back.
Important: Returns that are registered too late are automatically rejected by the system, if you are 1 or 2 days too late just send us an email and we will evaluate the situation and see if we can make an exception.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. But you can return the item and place a new order. If you choose a store credit/voucher, your return is free (within the Netherlands).

To help you quicker and more efficiently, please send clear photos of the product, the label, and the barcode on the plastic bag. That way we can resolve it right away.

Important: We’ve found that shipments via Royal Mail, US Mail, or other postal services often get lost or returned to the sender. Please choose a courier like FedEx, DHL, UPS, or another service that allows online entry of our contact details.
Always keep your track & trace info until we confirm your return has been fully processed.
If you used a gift card or voucher and you would like to partially of completely return your order, we’ll email you a new coupon code for the remaining value. This can be reused with your next purchase.
Note: Gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.
If you used a discount code from a promotion, the discount amount will be adjusted proportionally in your refund. Keep in mind: promo codes are single-use and unfortunately cannot be reissued, also not in the case of an exchange.

If you return a package from Germany, Belgium, or France, it might take a bit longer to reach our warehouse in the Netherlands.
To keep your return costs low, your parcel first goes to a collection hub and is then forwarded to us.
Once it arrives at our Dutch warehouse, we’ll process it as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
If you choose a refund, you’ll receive the amount back via the same payment method you used while placing your purchase.
Note: this happens after your return is inspected and may take 1–2 business days following our confirmation.
If you choose a voucher, it will be sent to you by email. Please do not forget to check your spam folder.
Haven’t received your refund within the expected time? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
If an item is returned dirty, damaged, washed, or without tags, we can no longer sell it. In that case, we deduct part of the refund to cover costs.
The exact amount depends on the situation, and we’ll always inform you by email beforehand.
