We work with trusted shipping partners and always include a track & trace code so you can track your order.
We charge a fixed shipping fee per country, regardless of the size of your order. This allows us to continue offering fair prices and great service.
If you place your order in the Netherlands before 10:00 p.m., your package will usually arrive the next working day. For Belgium and Germany: if you order before 1:00 p.m., you’ll typically receive your order within 1 to 2 working days.

Your package will be handed over to the carrier within 24 hours. You will receive an email with a track & trace number as soon as the package has been transferred.

We do not offer express shipping. Please refer to the standard delivery times in the table above.
Once we receive your order, we immediately start packing and shipping it. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change your order after it has been placed.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to select this in advance when placing your order. However, with some carriers, you may be able to choose a pickup point via the track & trace menu once you receive your tracking number.
Our orders are processed immediately, so cancellation is only possible within a very short time frame. On business days, you can call us at +31 (0)20 261 9180 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Contact us right away, and there’s a chance we can cancel your order before it ships.
Unfortunately, we can’t change the delivery address after your order has been placed because we process orders quickly. If the package is returned to us, you’ll automatically receive a refund, and you can place a new order with the correct address.
No, unfortunately that’s not possible. Our warehouse is located in Roosendaal (the Netherlands) and isn’t accessible to visitors. All orders are shipped via our webshop.
Yes, As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace link. Through this link, you can easily track your package and see its exact location and the expected delivery date.
No worries! The delivery service usually tries to deliver again or takes the package to a nearby pickup point. If the package isn’t collected, it will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.
