Goddess of the Month: Bella Moreira Aires

Bella - goddess

At Urban Goddess, we don’t just love yoga – we also have a special place in our hearts for all the wonderful women in our community who inspire others with their actions. Every month, we will introduce you to a yoga teacher who deserves to stand in the spotlight. We let them share their experiences in the world of yoga – and who knows, maybe you will find your new favorite teacher right here. This month, let us introduce you to a loyal member of the Urban Goddess Tribe: Bella!

Goddess of the Month: Bella Moreira Aires

Bella is a true inspiration! The single mother of 3 has turned her life around and found her very own way of creating her personal happiness. She suffers from fibromyalgia, a chronic rheumatic condition that causes lots of pain throughout the body. And yes, sometimes her illness will drain all of her energy. But that does not stop Bella from enjoying her life. Quite the opposite! She loves and needs her regular practice to keep her strong, physically and mentally.

Practice with Bella

Bella was already working in the fitness industry but noticed that lots of strength training was not enough. Her body was craving more room, more flexibility. After a bit of searching, she now teaches Pilates classes at Anytime Fitness in Assendelft. She loves connecting with her students. And while her classes are always lots of fun, Bella will also make you work hard. The best of both worlds.

Yoga brings a special kind of peace and relaxation to Bella. This allows her to help others find the same peace and be more mindful with herself and her body. Bella lives a vegan lifestyle and inspires others to be mindful about their everyday choices. This includes food and how people treat each other, but also clothing should not be harmful in any way. One of the many reasons why Bella loves wearing Urban Goddess as much as possible 🙂

In her photos, Bella is rocking the Good Karma top and Dakini pants.
