How to apply for your gift card?

  1. Fill in the form below and click ‘send’ to request a gift card.
  2. Once we have received your request, we will send you a payment request.
  3. Please email [email protected] after you have made your payment so we can finalise your application.
  4. We will prepare a beautiful Urban Goddess gift card for you to print (or send over digitally) to your lucky receiver!
