Should anything be wrong with your product within 9 months, it will be covered by the warranty. Do you have a product that is defective within that period? Please contact us and we will make sure you receive a replacement product, provided it was a factory defect. When you email us about a defective product, please include photos so we can see the problem.
When exchanging, please do not send the item directly to our office or warehouse. Please contact our customer service first: they will inform you of the next steps depending on the defect. We will then ensure that the replacement product reaches you as soon as possible.


It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, then it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting Webwinkel Keur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere yet, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
