If something is wrong with your product within 6 months, then this is covered by the warranty. Do you have a product that is defective within that period? Please contact us and we will ensure that you receive a replacement product, providing it has been a manufacturing defect. When you email us about a defective product, please send photos so that we can see the problem. If we proceed to an exchange of the product, you can send the defective product to our office. We ensure that the replacement product will come your way as soon as possible.
It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, then it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting Webwinkel Keur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere yet, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
