Payments at Urban Goddess yoga wear

Urban Goddess offers you a variety of payment options that are all easy and safe, such as iDeal, Mr. Cash/Bankcontact, PayPal, SOFORT, ING Homepay, bank transfer or Mastercard/Visa Creditcard.

Orders & delivery

After we receive your order you will receive a confirmation of your purchase and an order number. If you haven’t received a confirmation, please check your spam box, it may have ended up there.

In general, all orders placed before 21.00 in the evening will be sent out the same day. If we are very busy, it may take a little longer, which is why we keep a maximum of 3 working days to process and ship your order.

At Urban Goddess, we do all we can to update our availability of stock as accurately as possible. However, it may occur that an item listed as available on our website, is out of stock or on back order. If you purchase an item through our website that turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you to advise you on when your item will be available or to organize an exchange for another Urban Goddess item or a refund.

Easy and reliable delivery

Urban Goddess sends all orders through reliable and renowned parcel services that offer a track & trace code. Orders from The Netherlands over 50 euros have no shipping charge. For all other countries, we offer free shipping on orders over 150 euros.

Island shipping

Do you live on an island? Then please select your island from the list so we can provide you with the shipping costs.

Addresses that are not entered correctly cannot be taken into consideration. We like to stimulate awareness when it comes to sending parcels. Every shipment has an impact on the environment. Not sure about a purchase, size or have other questions about a product? We are happy to help you make the best choice and thus minimise the sending of parcels back and forth.
