In all other classes socks are not done, but with yin, it is very suitable for some poses. Yoga leggings with a higher waistband are also a must, because this way you won’t get a cold lower back or kidneys. You want the fabric to be soft and stretch with you. Accordingly, cotton is one of the best fabrics for yoga pants. Trendy leggings with inserts or seams can be nice, but they are not a perfect choice. Of course, you should also wear a yoga top without any harsh seams (same goes for yoga- and sports bras), without any zippers and buttons.
