1) Accounting & Invoicing
All prices shown in the B2B shop are gross prices excluding VAT. The final
calculation regarding prices, shipping and VAT will be done manually by
us after ordering.
In order for the ordering process to be smooth, please mention your
invoice number when you make your payment to us. We kindly ask you to
wait for your invoice which is sent by mail before your order is shipped.
2) Reselling our products
Selling our products on marketplaces like Amazon, bol.com, Ebay,
Avocadostore or other marketplaces is NOT allowed. You may sell your
products through your own offline or online store or request to us to sell
on marketplaces. And only after our written consent, may you do so.
3) Delivery times
Orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days. We release the
shipment after we have received your payment.
4) Minimum order quantity
Our minimum order is 300 euros spend.
5) Orders
For logistical reasons, we cannot combine two individually placed orders.
As all our pick and pack is automated. So, all placed orders are shipped
and charged shipping costs separately. Also, we can not alter your order
once we have confirmed and released it for pick & pack. Again for the
reason that our processes are completely automated.
6) Defects
In case of defects please make sure you have pictures so we can
determine whether it is in fact a defect. All approved defects are
reimbursed with a credit invoice. We do not send replacements unless you
have an open order with us. In that case we can add it to your order. You
can email us about that, and we’ll be happy to help.
7) Samples
We can only send samples against a wholesale price, which you are
welcome to return to us if in original state.
8) Photos & Images
You can access our photo database and are welcome to use any images
you like on your website, newsletter and social media. You can however
not photoshop or alter the images in any way.
