The Satya yoga legging is made of a mix of organic cotton, bamboo and lycra. This mix gives the leggings a soft feel, allowing you to comfortably get through your yoga practice. In addition, the fabric regulates moisture and heat very well.

Sati is the first of the seven factors of enlightenment according to Buddhist teachings. It actually means mindfulness or awareness. And Samma Sati, which means right mindfulness is the seventh element in the Noble Eightfold Path that the Buddhists hold as the main guide to reaching enlightenment or Nirvana and freeing yourself from the cycle of Samsara.
