Yoga Pants Dakini – Off Black

Our Dakini yoga pants are a modern version of the hip Aladdin pants. They are made from soft organic cotton and fit so nicely, you will not want to take them off. The wide, relaxed cut gives you all the freedom to move through your asanas without fabric getting in the way. The legs are wide, but come down to soft cuffs around the ankles. You can easily adjust those depending on your height. Perfectly suitable for long-legged yoginis as well. The soft waistband will give you enough support around your belly and hips without restricting your movement. So while you go and stand on your head, the Dakini pants will stay right where they belong.

What is Dakini?

Our organic yoga pants Dakini are named after the Dakini, a female messenger of wisdom. The Tibetan word for Dakini, khandro, means “sky-goer” or “space-dancer,”. It tells us that these enlightened female beings have left the laws of gravity and have the infinity of open space to play in. Dakinis are elusive and playful by nature. They are the luminous, subtle, spiritual energy, the key, the gatekeeper, the guardian of the unconditioned state. It is the freedom and playfulness of the Dakini that were channeled into these gorgeous wide yoga pants.

Important care instruction for the Yoga Pants Dakini – Off Black

As you may have experienced with jeans, these yoga pants can rub off when you first wash them. This is caused by the Stone Wash technique that is used for a stylish fade and soft, flexible fabric. Therefore, always wash your Dakini yoga pants before wearing them. Wash them separately or with similar colours. After the first wash, your pants won’t rub off any more, and you are good to go!
