This is not only super flattering, but it will also keep you nice and warm in the region of the belly, back and kidneys. Zen yoga leggings also feature a hip slightly lowered crotch and and have a little extra space around the hips, thighs and legs.

Zen leggings are extra tall yoga leggings. So wonderful if you are a tall yogini! However, if you are petite, these extra long legs come in handy during Shavasana keeping your feet nice and warm.
